How does shipping work for heavy items?
For large items (machines, full barbell sets), we use specialized freight carriers who handle heavy equipment carefully. Smaller items ship via UPS Ground. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC — freight is already included in our prices. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, contact us for a quote.
Why do you only accept bank wire transfers?
Due to the high value of commercial gym equipment, we rely on wire transfers to avoid exorbitant card processing fees and chargeback risks. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and transparent.
Do you buy used gym equipment?
