We ship from Jersey City, New Jersey to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. Online checkout is available for these addresses only.
How We Ship
- Smaller items (belts, handles, plates, accessories) usually ship via UPS Ground.
- Large or heavy items (machines, racks, full barbell sets) ship by freight carrier, usually curbside delivery.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Freight is already built into our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay — no shipping charges are added at checkout or afterwards.
Alaska, Hawaii, Territories & International
Free shipping and online checkout cover the lower 48 states and Washington, DC only. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or another US territory, or outside the US, please contact us or call (210) 547-2283 before ordering and we'll quote delivery separately.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment once your bank wire has cleared. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment; large freight shipments may need extra time to schedule. When your order ships, we'll email you the carrier and tracking number, and you can also check it on Track Your Order.
Freight Deliveries
- The carrier will usually call to arrange a delivery window.
- Freight is normally delivered to the curb or loading area. You'll need to arrange help to move heavy items inside.
- Check your delivery for damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at [email protected]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
