How does shipping work for heavy items?
For large items (machines, full barbell sets), we use specialized freight carriers who handle heavy equipment carefully. Smaller items ship via UPS Ground. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC — freight is already included in our prices. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Payment
Why do you only accept bank wire transfers?
Due to the high value of commercial gym equipment, we rely on wire transfers to avoid exorbitant card processing fees and chargeback risks. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and transparent.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. We do not charge sales tax on orders.
How long do I have to send payment?
Orders are held for 5 business days while we wait for your wire transfer. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
Buying & Selling
Do you buy used gym equipment?
Yes. If you have used commercial gym equipment you're looking to sell — from single machines to complete gyms — please send us an email with detailed photos, condition notes, and your location.
Do you sell new equipment?
Yes — new equipment is listed in our New Equipment section as it arrives. Used equipment is in Used Equipment.
Can I see an item before buying?
Please contact us to ask about viewing a piece. We're always happy to send extra photos and measurements.

How can I check the status of my order?
Use Track Your Order with your order number and email, or sign in to My Account to see orders placed while signed in.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your order history and details in one place.
