New Equipment
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. If you have a problem with a new item, contact us with your order number and we'll help you with the manufacturer's warranty process.
Using Equipment Safely
Inspect all equipment before use, follow the manufacturer's instructions, use safety bars or spotters for heavy lifts, and never exceed the rated capacity of racks, benches or attachments. Used equipment should be checked regularly — cables, pins, upholstery and bolts in particular.
