About This Piece
The Rogers Athletic Pit Shark is a belt-squat machine for heavy lower-body training. Load is taken at the hips through a belt instead of on the shoulders, letting users squat and train the legs hard with no load on the spine. A favourite in athletic and performance weight rooms.
