Buy Rogue Calibrated KG Steel Plates 2.0
If you want to buy Rogue Calibrated KG Steel Plates 2.0, you are choosing kilogram powerlifting plates built for precision. They are cast from ductile iron, calibrated to within ±10 grams of their labeled weight and made with a thin profile so more weight fits on the sleeve. Powerlifting meets in the US and around the world are loaded in kilograms, and training with these plates means your numbers match the platform exactly.
Every pair and set is brand-new and ships free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Choose pairs from 0.25KG up to 50KG, or a complete 159KG or 459KG set.
Why Train in Kilograms?
Most US lifters log in pounds, but federations such as USA Powerlifting run their meets in kilograms. Converting every attempt invites rounding errors and confusion on meet day. Training with kilo plates lets you practice the exact jumps you will call, from a 2.5KG warm-up increase to a 0.5KG record attempt. Rogue also notes that its KG calibrated line is the IPF-certified version of its calibrated plates.

Choosing Between the 159KG and 459KG Sets
The 159KG set contains one pair of every plate from 0.25KG to 25KG; the 50KG pair is not included. It is ideal for a single lifter who wants every loading option. The 459KG set includes one pair each of 0.25KG to 20KG plus seven pairs of 25KG plates, which supports elite totals or a shared training platform. You can also buy any single pair, including 50KG plates that save sleeve space on heavy deadlifts.
- 159KG set: complete range for one platform
- 459KG set: heavy-loading capacity for strong lifters or teams
- Single pairs: fill gaps or add 50KG plates
The same plates come in black and chrome finishes. Training in pounds instead? See the Rogue Calibrated LB Steel Plates 2.0.
