When you buy Lionheart Sand Plates, you get fillable weight plates with a tough nylon "tactical fabric" shell. They ship empty, and you fill them with dry sand, dirt or a similar material at home. Once filled, they load onto a standard barbell like regular plates, and exterior grip handles let you use them off the bar for carries, rucking and sandbag-style training. They are sold in pairs from 10LB to 45LB.
