When you buy Rogue 6-Shooter Olympic Grip Plates, you get cast iron plates with six grip holes cut into the 25LB, 35LB and 45LB sizes. Those holes make the plates easier to carry, load and use off the bar for movements such as plate pinches, carries and overhead holds. The plates are finished in gray hammertone with black lettering.
