Lifters who buy Rogue 6-Shooter Urethane Olympic Grip Plates want a plate that is quiet, durable and easy to handle. These plates have a 5mm urethane coating and six grip holes on the 25LB, 35LB and 45LB sizes, in 60mm, 70mm and 80mm diameters. The black urethane finish protects floors and racks, and the multiple handles make loading, carrying and off-bar exercises easier.

All pairs are brand-new and ship free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Pairs range from 2.5LB to 45LB. The 245LB set and the 5LB pair may show as out of stock in the option menu until they return.

Why Urethane Grip Plates?

Urethane-coated plates are common in commercial gyms because they last. The coating resists chipping and cracking better than paint, cuts down on noise and keeps plates looking clean for years. Six grip holes mean you can always find a handle, whether the plate is on a tree, on the floor or on the bar. That makes these plates safer to move and useful for accessory work such as plate carries and front raises.

  • Quiet, floor-friendly urethane coating
  • Six handles on the larger plates
  • Commercial-grade breakage warranty

Important: Not Bumper Plates

Rogue states that these plates are not bumper plates and should not be dropped on the floor. Use them for squats, bench presses, deadlifts lowered under control, machine loading and accessory work. For Olympic lifting and overhead drops, use rubber bumpers such as the Rogue Echo Bumper Plates V2.

Building a Set

The 245LB set includes one pair of each size from 2.5LB to 45LB. Pairs let you build your own combination. The small plates in this listing are Rogue Urethane Olympic change plates, also sold on their own as Rogue Urethane Olympic Change Plates. For a cast iron version with the same six-hole design, compare the Rogue 6-Shooter Olympic Grip Plates.
