When you buy Rogue KG Change Plates (IWF), you get kilogram change plates approved by the International Weightlifting Federation. Each plate has a rubber-coated metal center, an embossed IWF logo on the back and IWF color coding by weight. They are accurate to ±10 grams, which makes them a good fit for weightlifters who train and compete in kilos.

Are Rogue KG Change Plates IWF approved?
Yes. They are approved by the International Weightlifting Federation and carry an embossed IWF logo on the back.
Can I use them with LB bumper plates?
Yes. The 50.40mm opening fits any standard Olympic barbell, so you can load them alongside LB or KG bumpers.
Should I drop change plates?
Keep them on the outside of full-size bumpers. Change plates are not meant to take a drop on their own.
Why are the 0.5KG and 5.0KG plates both white?
That follows standard IWF color coding. The two plates are easy to tell apart because the 5.0KG plate is much larger at 230mm versus 135mm.
