How thin are these plates?
The 45LB plate is 0.89 inches wide, slimmer than most cast iron plates, which lets you fit more weight on the bar.
What does +2%/-0% tolerance mean?
Each plate weighs at least its label weight and no more than 2% over it, so you never under-load the bar.
Why does a slim plate matter for a home gym?
