Buy Rogue 12-Sided Urethane Grip Plate
When you buy Rogue 12-Sided Urethane Grip Plate pairs or sets, you get a solid cast-iron plate wrapped in a minimum 3mm polyurethane coating, shaped as a 12-sided dodecagon with angled edges. The flat sides stop plates from rolling across the floor, and the 25LB, 35LB and 45LB plates have recessed handle cut-outs with a ledge grip for easy carrying. The finish is black matte with white Rogue emblems.
All pairs and sets are brand-new and ship free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Choose 2.5LB to 45LB pairs or a 245LB set.

Why a 12-Sided Plate?
Round plates roll. Set one on its edge in a busy gym and it can take off across the floor. The 12-sided shape gives each plate flat contact points, so it stays where you put it. The urethane coating protects floors and racks, cuts down on the clang of iron-on-iron and resists chipping better than painted plates. Recessed handles on the larger plates make loading and carrying safer.

Do all sizes have handles?
No. The 25LB, 35LB and 45LB plates have recessed handle cut-outs. The 2.5LB, 5LB and 10LB plates do not.
Can I drop 12-sided urethane plates?
No. They are urethane-coated iron plates, not bumpers. Lower the bar under control.
Why are the 25LB and 35LB plates thicker than the 45LB?
The 45LB plate has a larger diameter (449mm), so it can be thinner (37mm) while holding more weight. Smaller-diameter plates need extra thickness.
