How Many Plates Fit on a Dumbbell?

Rogue's capacity guide depends on the handle. On the larger DB-15 handle, each sleeve holds up to four 10LB plates, two 15LB plates, or one of the 25, 35, 45 or 55LB plates. On the shorter DB-10 handle, each sleeve holds one 10LB and one 15LB plate. Plan your set around the handle you own and the heaviest dumbbell you want to build.

Important Use Notes

Rogue states that these bumpers are not meant to be dropped from overhead. They protect the dumbbell and floor when you set the dumbbell down from the shoulder or hip, but they are not built for repeated overhead drops. Train on rubber flooring.
