These all-black plates use an 88 durometer rubber with stainless steel inserts, the 450mm IWF-standard diameter and a ±1% weight tolerance. They are a durable, multipurpose bumper for lifters who train in kilos.
All pairs and sets are brand-new and ship free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Choose 5KG to 25KG pairs, or sets from 90KG to 150KG.

Are these the same as the LB HG 2.0 plates?
They share the same construction: 88 durometer rubber, stainless inserts and 450mm diameter. The difference is that they are sized in kilograms.
Can I drop the 5KG plates on their own?
Avoid it. Light bumpers flex more, and Rogue's warranty on the 5KG plate is 90 days. Pair them with heavier bumpers for drops.
