These plates are virgin rubber with a nickel-coated steel disc, calibrated to within ±15 grams and finished in black with color-coded lettering and a gloss-matte-gloss look. Rogue designs them as dead-blow bumpers that land with very little bounce.
Every pair and set we sell is brand-new and ships free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Sizes include 10KG to 25KG pairs and 90KG to 140KG sets. Availability on this plate changes often; if the size you need shows as out of stock, contact us and we will let you know when it returns.

Built for Daily Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting programs involve a lot of drops: every missed snatch, every completed jerk. A dead-blow bumper absorbs that impact, so the bar lands and stays rather than bouncing or rolling. That keeps a busy platform safer and a home gym quieter. Training in kilograms also means your numbers match what you will see at a USA Weightlifting meet, with no conversions.
- Low-bounce rubber for controlled drops
- Steel disc keeps plates thinner than all-rubber bumpers
- Color-coded lettering for quick identification
Sets and Pairs
The 90KG set includes two each of the 10KG, 15KG and 20KG plates. Larger sets at 110KG, 120KG and 140KG add 25KG plates for heavier lifting. Single pairs let you build a custom combination. This plate is not the IWF-marked version; for IWF approval in a training plate, see the Rogue Color KG Training 2.0 Plates (IWF). If you train in pounds, compare the Rogue LB Training 2.0 Plates. For 1KG jumps, add Rogue KG Change Plates (IWF).
